I just felt like making an infinite scrolling city for GAMES MADE QUICK??? FOUR, so here's an infinite scrolling city. I'm sure this is at least somewhat subconsciously inspired by After Dark. Some options are available if you click the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the game. There's no sound, so feel free to put on driving music of your choice.
